The authors consider one of the aspects of the socio-cultural integration of migrants into the host society. The integration of migrants is interpreted by a wide range of scientists as the process of including newly arrived in various spheres of life of the host society. Usually, there are three to four such spheres. Access of migrants to housing in the host country is an important indicator of integration in the socio-economic sphere. As a rule, in Russian and foreign studies, access to housing is assessed through a comparative analysis of the living conditions of migrants and the host population. However, access to housing and housing conditions are not exactly the same thing. Rather, access implies the potential for housing. To assess such a possibility, an experimental method that allows the researcher to test various hypotheses and control the variables of interest is more suitable than a mass survey or available statistical data.

The article contributes to the methodology for studying migrants' access to housing in the host country. It proposes a new approach to its assessment and presents the first results of its approbation. In the course of the experiment carried out by the authors, the influence of the citizenship of potential tenants on access to high-quality and low-quality housing in Moscow was measured, as well as the willingness of landlords to register migrants on their property.

Significant differences in the access of migrants from different CIS countries to renting Moscow accommodation were revealed. The most loyal attitude is towards Belarusians and Ukrainians, the least preferable are immigrants from Central Asia, especially citizens of Tajikistan. In addition, it was found that all groups of migrants are seriously limited in their ability to obtain a valid migration registration due to the unwillingness of the owners of residential premises to fulfil their obligations to "register" foreign tenants. This obviously impedes their integration in the political and legal sphere of the host society, since a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation without a genuine document on migration registration, even with all other permits, is a person with an unregulated legal status.

Abstract. The article presents the results of the survey aimed at the identification of human values of students at two time points – 2005 and 2015. In both studies, the values of the students were identified by a reflective method, in which the respondents themselves called their values, clarified their personal sense, and then estimated them quantitatively (by 100 points). We assessed the personal significance of each of value and satisfaction with the state of the respective sphere in their lives. The objective of this study was to carry out two mutually supplementary tasks: (a) to identify the content of personal values and their quantitative assessments, changes for the 10Nyear interval, and (b) to draw attention to the methodological problems, concerning the close relationship between the meaningful results and methodological techniques. The authors point to the prevalence in the value structure of both student groups of the values of private life and the weak expression of humanities and social values, such as patriotism, freedom and democracy, environmental concerns and nature protection. ; Аннотация. В статье представлены результаты выявления жизненных ценностей студентов в двух временных точках – 2005 и 2015 гг. В обоих исследованиях ценности у студентов выявлялись с помощью рефлексивной методики, в которой участники опроса сами называли свои ценности, проясняли их личностный смысл и затем количественно (из 100 баллов) оценивали персональную значимость каждой своей ценности и удовлетворенность состоянием соответствующей ценностной сферы в своей жизни. The interest in planning the labor force and forecasting its key characteristics such as the education level, qualification, occupation, etc. emerged in the second half of the 20th century. Forecasts provide the basis for the macro-economic policy of the state and choosing optimal directions of development. According to the authors, the quality of the labor force is indispensable for the sustainable development of the national economy and its place in the global market. The prediction of substantial changes in this quality is an integral part of management both in developed and developing economies though in many instances they have different problems to solve. The differences are discussed through the example of forecasting and planning structural changes in the labor force in India, the UK and the USA. The authors substantiate the choice of these countries by the importance of their experience for the Russian practice. The role of international organizations in the development of the methodology for labor force surveys covering approximately 200 countries is analyzed. In the case of India the special role of IT-companies in the development of innovative education systems is revealed which is based on the forward-looking encouraging policy of the state. The analyzed experience is important for Russia, where rural schools and many regions do not have another opportunity to raise the teaching level to the modern requirements. Forecasts of the employment structure in Great Britain and the USA are made by government bodies aided by non-governmental organizations, e. g. the University of Warwick in Great Britain. In the United States government agencies use the macroeconomic model of the Data Resources, Inc. private company for making forecasts. Particular attention is paid to occupation forecasts and vocational training the analysis of which reveals their importance for structural changes in the economy. The analysis of the US forecast as of 2014 for high demand occupations in 2024 highlighted the complexity of determining key indices and methodological approaches to the prediction of employment and the economy demands for qualified personnel in certain professions. The paper assumes that without solving this problem in the Russian management system, no progress in the future growth of the national economy can be expected. ; Интерес к планированию рабочей силы и прогнозированию ее основных характеристик — уровня образования, квалификации, профессии — появился во второй половине ХХ в. Прогнозы являются основой макроэкономической политики государства и выбора оптимальных направлений развития. Главную роль, по мнению авторов, в устойчивом развитии национальной экономики и ее месте на мировом рынке играет качество рабочей силы. Прогнозирование основных изменений в этом качестве составляет неотъемлемую черту управления как в развитых, так и развивающихся экономиках. При этом они решают во многом различающиеся задачи. Эти различия рассмотрены на примере прогнозирования и планирования структурных изменений в рабочей силе Индии, Великобритании и США. Авторы обосновывают выбор этих стран важностью изучения их опыта для использования в российской практике.Проанализирована роль международных организаций в разработке методологии проведения обследований рабочей силы, охватывающих около 200 стран. На примере Индии выделена особая роль IT-компаний в развитии инновационных систем образования, которая базируется на дальновидной стимулирующей политике государства. Анализируемый в работе опыт важен для России, где сельские школы и многие регионы не имеют другой возможности повысить уровень преподавания до современных требований.Прогнозы структуры занятости в Великобритании и США осуществляются органами государственного управления с помощью неправительственных структур: в Великобритании — Уорикским университетом, в США правительственные агентства используют для прогнозов макроэкономическую модель частной компании Data Resources, Inc.Особое внимание в работе уделено прогнозам по профессиям и профессиональной подготовке, анализ которых позволяет увидеть их важное значение для структурных изменений в экономике. Анализ прогноза высоковостребованных профессий в США на 2024 г. позволил авторам прийти к выводу о сложности определения ключевых показателей и методологических подходов для прогнозирования занятости и потребностей экономики в квалифицированных кадрах и в определенных профессиях. В статье предполагается, что без решения этой задачи в российской системе управления прогресс в будущем росте национальной экономики невозможен.

It is told about relevance of such a form of political e­participation as online discourse, and the methodology of discourse analysis is also revealed. The Internet deliberations about pension reform on Russian Internet platforms in terms of civil relation to law about increasing pension age are analyzed. The results received during discourse analysis are compared with the results of official sociological survey.

The article presents in detail the methodological approaches to calculating the integrated assessment of brand strength, as well as the results of testing the system of indicators and the mathematical model on the example of a comprehensive assessment of the power of the regional brand "The real Vologda product". The developed methodology as a whole is the result of research within the framework of the implementation of a state scientific grant from the government of the Vologda Oblast. In addition to the system of indicators, built on the basis of the results of generalization of theoretical materials and practical experience of domestic and foreign authors on this problem and the use of modeling techniques, a questionnaire for researching consumer attitudes towards brand product is presented, a methodology for presenting the results of respondents' answers to questions in a quantitative coefficient form is described. A mathematical model has been developed to calculate the integrated indicator for assessing brand strength based on the survey results, which includes information received both from the consumer and from outside experts. The scaling of the possible values of this estimate has been performed. The matrix of indicators for assessing brand strength is graphically presented, which allows you to give both a general and a detailed qualitative characteristic of brand strength based on the results of using the model, to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the brand, and to reveal its potential. Purpose of the research. The purpose of this research was to develop a comprehensive methodology for assessing brand strength and its approbation on the example of the regional product brand "The real Vologda product". Materials and methods. The research was carried out on the basis of data from a questionnaire survey of consumers and experts, construction of a mathematical model, including coefficient values of indicators reflecting the level of indicators that allow assessing brand strength in the complex. Mathematical and statistical methods were used as the basis for transferring the results of the respondents' answers into the coefficient form, their standardization and generalization. A graphical method was used to represent the matrix of indicators for assessing brand strength. Results. The studied domestic and foreign methods for assessing the power of a brand, with all their obvious positive aspects and completeness, have a weak side – they are qualitative from the standpoint of characteristics of the strength, potential and status of a brand, they only allow a description of these properties. As a result of the study, it was possible to generalize the existing experience, develop a system of brand strength indicators, draw up a questionnaire for a consumer survey that allows collecting information to measure the values of these indicators, build a mathematical model for calculating an integrated brand strength assessment, develop a methodology for the qualitative characteristics of the results of calculating this assessment based on the matrix. Approbation of the methodology made it possible to obtain a comprehensive quantitative assessment of the power of the regional product brand "The Real Vologda product", to formulate recommendations that were taken into account by the copyright holder of the brand – Budgetary Institution of the Vologda Region "Vologda Information and Consulting Center of the Agro-Industrial Complex" when elaborating its development strategy. Conclusion. The results of assessing the influence of the indicators' contribution to the integrated indicator of the brand strength "The Real Vologda product" showed that its strength and potential are mostly due to the factors such as physical availability and quality of products, highly rated by consumers, as well as demand from the buyer. At the same time, according to the experts, these factors also received very high weighted coefficients. ; В статье подробно представлены методологические подходы к вычислению интегрированной оценки силы бренда, а также результаты апробации системы индикаторов и математической модели на примере комплексной оценки силы регионального бренда «Настоящий Вологодский продукт». Разработанная методика в целом является результатом исследований в рамках реализации государственного научного гранта правительства Вологодской области. Помимо системы индикаторов, построенной по результатам обобщения теоретических материалов и практического опыта отечественных и зарубежных авторов по данной проблеме и использования приемов моделирования, представлена анкета для проведения исследования потребительского отношения к продукции бренда, описана методика представления результатов ответов респондентов на вопросы в количественной коэффициентной форме. Для расчета интегрированного показателя оценки силы бренда по результатам опроса, включающего информацию, получаемую как от потребителя, так и от привлеченных экспертов, разработана математическая модель. Выполнено шкалирование возможных значений этой оценки. Графически представлена матрица индикаторов оценки силы бренда, позволяющая дать как общую, так и развернутую качественную характеристику силы бренда по результатам использования модели, определить слабые и сильные стороны бренда, раскрыть его потенциал. Цель исследования: целью данного исследования являлась разработка комплексной методики оценки силы бренда и ее апробация на примере регионального товарного бренда «Настоящий Вологодский продукт». Материалы и методы: исследования выполнены на основе данных анкетного опроса потребителей и экспертов, построения математической модели, включающей коэффициентные значения показателей, отражающих уровень индикаторов, позволяющих оценить в комплексе силу бренда. В основе перевода результатов ответов респондентов в коэффициентную форму, их нормирования и обобщения были положены математико-статистические методы. Для представления матрицы индикаторов оценки силы бренда использован графический метод. Результаты: Изученные отечественные и зарубежные методики оценки силы бренда при всех их очевидных положительных моментах и полноте имеют слабую сторону – они качественные с позиции характеристики силы, потенциала и статуса бренда, позволяют дать лишь описание этих свойств. В результате исследования удалось обобщить имеющийся опыт, разработать систему индикаторов силы бренда, составить анкету для опроса потребителей, позволяющую собрать информацию для измерения значений этих индикаторов, построить математическую модель для расчета интегрированной оценки силы бренда, разработать методику качественной характеристики результатов расчета этой оценки на основе матрицы. Апробация методики позволила получить комплексную количественную оценку силы регионального продуктового бренда «Настоящий Вологодский продукт», сформулировать рекомендации, которые были учтены правообладателем бренда – БУ ВО «Вологодский информационно-консультационный центр агропромышленного комплекса» при разработке его стратегии развития. Заключение: Результаты оценки влияния вклада индикаторов в интегрированный показатель силы бренда «Настоящий Вологодский продукт» показали, что в наибольшей степени его сила и потенциал обусловлены такими факторами как физическая доступность и качество продукции, высоко оцениваемые потребителями, а также востребованность у покупателя. При этом, по мнению экспертов, данные факторы также получили весьма высокие весовые коэффициенты.

The article presents the aims, activities, history of the World Values Survey Association, as well as the survey findings gained in the international sociological academic research program «World Values Survey». The methodology of cross-cultural surveys, the analysis of the world values map are outlined, likewise the link of values with the perception of globalization, democracy, happiness, intragroup trust etc. Two pilot studies are introduced: values and cooperative behavior, and the relation between genes and the speed of values' adjustment to the changing situations. = В статье представлены цели, деятельность, история создания Всемирной ассоциации по изучению ценностей и результаты опросов, проведенных в рамках социологической международной научно-исследовательской программы «Всемирное изучение ценностей». Описывается методика проведения сравнительных исследований, анализируется мировая карта ценностей и связь ценностных представлений с восприятием глобализации, демократии, счастья, внутригруппового доверия в обществе и др. Работа знакомит с двумя пилотажными исследованиями: о влиянии ценностей на кооперативное поведение и о связи генетических факторов и быстроты адаптации ценностей к изменяющимся обстоятельствам.

The article presents a survey of the main positions presented in the talks delivered by participants in a discussion, taking place at a session of the Academic Council of Moscow State University on 28 November 2019, on the elaboration of modern economic theory and of the Russian model of socio-economic development. The session of the Academic Council took place in the Faculty of Economics of the M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University, and was timed to coincide with two anniversary dates: the 215th anniversary of the chair of political economy of Moscow University and the 115th anniversary of the birth of N.A. Tsagolov. The theme of the discussion was: "The interdisciplinary approach — the key to solving the theoretical and practical problems of the modern age". The panellists discussed questions associated with the role of the interdisciplinary approach in economic theory. Also at the centre of attention were questions of the development of Russian political economy, a topic linked indissolubly with the history of the faculty, as well as questions related to the formation of the academic "Tsagolov school" and to its influence on the development of modern economic science.

This article presents the results of a robotic survey conducted by the Laboratory for Social Research Methodology (Institute for Social Analysis and Forecasting, RANEPA) with support from Voice Communication and the Social Validation. The goal of the survey was to select rural residents from an all-Russian sample. The 599 collected phone numbers were identified by the robot as rural. In order to accomplish this task, 64623 numbers were dialed, in 7310 cases connection was made and in 2703 cases the subscribers were asked the first question. Afterwards out of all identified cases (rural/city residents or "status not determined"), 300 were selected in order to conduct further encoding and listen to audio recordings. All of the respondents' answers were divided into two groups: coded (or having single-valued correspondence with the proposed closures), and non-coded, which the robot was supposed to fix. Five types of non-coded answers were identified: extended answer, question interruption, counter-question, alternative notice and a service frame. For each type of non-coded answer options for fixing and improving the script of the robotic questionnaire were proposed.

In order to identify the level of awareness and satisfaction of citizens with the measu­res taken to regulate public relations in specific areas of legislation, monitoring of the enforcement of existing and newly introduced laws is used. Monitoring is based on a sociological survey and statistical methodology. The first explores the subjective perception of the population of the effectiveness of the mechanism of public administration. With the correct formation of the sample, the data obtained using statistical inference can be extended to the entire population and the general patterns of the process under study can be investigated. The authors carried out a sociological survey on the enforcement of four federal laws. In addition to the obtained section of public opinion on the awareness and satisfaction of citizens with the functioning of the laws under study, the paper also presents an analysis of the territorial differentiation of public opinion on law enforcement, the uneven development of civic activity in the regional context, and the development of civil society in Russia. ; С целью выявления уровня информированности и удовлетворенности граждан принятыми мерами по регулированию общественных отношений в конкретных отраслях законодательства применяется мониторинг правоприменения функционирующих и вновь введенных законов. Мониторинг базируется на социологическом обследовании и статистической методологии. Посредством первого исследуется субъективное восприятие населением эффективности механизма государственного управления. При правильном формировании выборки полученные с помощью статистического вывода данные можно распространять на всю совокупность населения и исследовать общие закономерности исследуемого процесса. Авторами выполнен социологический опрос по вопросам правоприменения четырех федеральных законов. Помимо полученного среза общественного мнения по вопросам осведомленности и удовлетворенности граждан функционированием исследуемых законов в работе представлен также анализ территориальной дифференциации общественного мнения по вопросам правоприменения, неравномерности развития гражданской активности в региональном разрезе, процесса развития гражданского общества в России.

Цель. Статья посвящена применению опросов в исследовании уровня патриотизма курсантов, как наиболее распространенного метода сбора информации. Предметом анализа выступает искренность респондентов, от которой зависят достоверность и качество итоговых данных.Методология проведения работы. Для выявления уровня патриотизма молодёжи Орловской области (учащихся средних школ, студентов, курсантов военного вуза) в период с 2015 по 2017 годы было проведено исследование, сравнительное по целям, методическое по характеру решаемых задач, проходившее в несколько этапов с применением опросов, интервью, бесед. По результатам этого исследования [12, 13, 14, 15, 16] уровень патриотизма курсантов военного вуза значительно превосходит уровень патриотизма школьников и студентов. Полученное превосходство позволило выдвинуть ряд гипотез, требующих проверки, одна из которых – неискренность курсантов военного вуза, обусловленная тем, что ложь и обман нередко воспринимаются испытуемыми, как естественные явления, и имеют свои причины. Разработанный в статье новый подход к способу применения опросной методики С.Н. Томилиной (в модификации М.Н. Гончарова) «Оценка уровня военно-патриотического воспитания молодежи на боевых традициях» [3, 17] позволил использовать её, в первую очередь, не для определения уровня патриотизма респондентов, а для контроля их искренности (в анкете в разной формулировке присутствовали вопросы, имеющие схожий смысл). Отметим, что ранее при определении уровня патриотизма курсантов исследователи не акцентировали своё внимание на выявлении искренности/неискренности испытуемых, в предшествующих работах по этой теме описание подобных экспериментов отсутствует.Результаты. При подведении итогов анкетирования процент положительных ответов на вопросы анкеты оказался достаточно высоким, но выявлены расхождения (противоречия) в ответах на схожие по смыслу вопросы, свидетельствующие о том, что не все респонденты оказались искренними; гипотеза неискренности подтверждена. Это позволило авторам поставить под сомнение ранее сделанный вывод [12] о высоком уровне патриотизма курсантов военного вуза.Область применения результатов. В целях исследования эффективности патриотического воспитания курсантов военного вуза, результаты эксперимента позволяют рекомендовать включить в опросные методики контроль искренности/неискренности респондентов, что поможет получить более достоверные сведения. При проведении мероприятий по патриотическому воспитанию необходимо акцентировать внимание курсантов на том, что честность, искренность, правдивость входят в число неотъемлемых качеств личности патриота. ; Purpose. The article is devoted to the application of surveys in research of the level of cadet's patriotism, as the most common method of collecting information. The subject of the analysis is the sincerity of the respondents, on which the reliability and quality of the final data depend.Methodology. The research was conducted during the period from 2015 to 2017 to identify the level of patriotism of the youth (pupils of secondary schools, students, military cadets) in the Orel region. It was comparative in terms of goals and methodical in nature of the tasks, which were solved. The research was held in several stages, we used questionnaires, interviews, conversations. According to the results of this research [12, 13, 14, 15, 16], the level of patriotism of military cadets greatly exceeds the level of patriotism of pupils and students. The received superiority made it possible to put forward a number of hypotheses that require verification, one of which is the insincerity of military cadets, it dues to the fact that lies and deception are often perceived by people as natural phenomena, which have own reasons. A new approach to the method of application of the questionnaire methodology "Assessment of the level of military-patriotic education of youth on combat traditions" by S.N Tomilina (in the modification of M.N. Goncharova) [3, 17] was developed in the article. It allowed to use this methodology, first of all, not to determine the level of patriotism of respondents, but to control their sincerity (questions with a similar meaning in a different formulation were in the questionnaire). Note, that earlier in determining the level of patriotism of cadets, the researchers did not focus their attention on revealing the sincerity / insincerity of the respondents, in previous works on this topic there is no description of such experiments.Results. The percentage of positive answers turned out to be quite high when the results were summared, but discrepancies (contradictions) were revealed in the answers to questions of similar meaning, so we made a conclusion that not all respondents were sincere, the hypothesis of insincerity is confirmed. This allowed the authors to question the earlier conclusion [12] about the high level of patriotism of military cadets.Scope of application of the results. In order to research the effectiveness of patriotic education of military cadets, the results of the experiment make it possible to recommend including the control of the sincerity / insincerity of the respondents to the questionnaire methodologies, it will help to obtain more reliable information. It is necessary to emphasize cadets' attention to the fact that honesty, sincerity, truthfulness are among the inherent qualities of the patriot's personality during carrying out measures for patriotic education.

The subject of the research are the materials of judicial practice (texts of court decisions and information sources, the content of information about the results of court hearings), data from sociological surveys.The purpose of the article is to identify the relationship between the knowledge of municipal law, local self-government or urbanism obtained during training at a university and subsequent professional activities related to local self-government carried out at different levels of public authority.The methodology. A comprehensive methodology was used, including legal and sociological research methods. Formal legal, legal technical and comparative legal were used among the legal methods. The sociological methods include the method of expert survey and the method of content analysis, which makes it possible to reveal the real position of the respondent, if he wants to disguise it not only the positions expressed, but also the words actually used were analyzed. The most repeatable ones were identified with the help of special software products.The main results, scope of application. Quite significant amendments were made to the Russian Constitution in 2020. One of the novels concerns a unified system of public power, the inclusion of a new term in the text of the constitution. The implementation of these novels in the legislation on local self-government is expected after the completion of the formation of the updated composition of the Federal Assembly. For this, it is necessary not only to reveal the term itself and list the levels of public authority, but also to establish new principles of their relationship, incl. in a sense, uniform standards, rules and requirements for state and local authorities. One of the possible consequences of this may be an increase in the prestige of work in local self-government bodies, a change in attitudes towards work in local self-government bodies.Conclusions. The analysis of the materials of law enforcement practice, the data of opinion polls on trust in local self-government bodies, attitude to the results of the work of local self-government bodies and their officials show that of all levels of government the municipal level is least trusted. Unfortunately, such an attitude begins to form in the process of training future employees of public authorities at different levels. ; Анализируется взаимосвязь знаний по муниципальному праву, местному самоуправлению или урбанистке, полученных при обучении в вузе, и последующей профессиональной деятельности, связанной с местным самоуправлением, осуществляемой на разных уровнях публичной власти. Используется комплексная методология, включающая юридические и социологические методы исследования. Проведенный анализ материалов правоприменительной практики, данные социологических опросов о доверии к органам местного самоуправления, отношении к результатам работы органов местного самоуправления и их должностных лиц показывают, что из всех уровней власти муниципальному доверяют меньше всего – подобное отношение начинает формироваться в процессе обучения будущих сотрудников органов публичной власти разных уровней.

This article presents a new educational discipline, "The concept of the human individual in Marxism and Neomarxism". Using a historical methodology, a brief survey is provided of the main approaches and models, and of the concepts of the human individual. The need is demonstrated for studying human beings as subjects of economic life, and for understanding the motives and conditions responsible for shaping their economic behaviour. The article sets out the content of the main themes of the course, themes that include the basic positions of Marxism on capital, labour, the labour market and the nature of humanity, and also the vision of the human individual and of his or her place in economic life as put forward by other schools and currents. At the end of the article a list of recommended literature is appended. The article concludes that teaching this discipline as an elective for students can act as an important element in the training of personnel management specialists.

Транзитные зоны перехода от суши к морю представляют собой области, в которых проведение геофизических работ обычными методами крайне затруднено. В арктических морях России дополнительные трудности связаны с коротким полевым сезоном, неблагоприятными гидрометеорологическими условиями, жесткими ограничениями, накладываемыми на методику работ требованиями природоохранного законодательства. Для получения качественных сейсмических материалов исключительно важны выбор наиболее подходящей регистрирующей аппаратуры, оптимальная с точки зрения производительности система наблюдений и методика работ, современное программное обеспечение контроля качества. Цель данной статьи – показать созданную в ОАО «МАГЭ» технологию 2D 4С сейсмической съемки на основе автономных донных станций, обеспечивающих проведение сейсморазведочных работ в транзитной зоне с регистрацией обменных волн (PS), что позволяет вывести региональные 2D исследования на более высокий уровень. ; Transition zones of transition from land to sea are the areas where it is extremely difficult to conduct geophysical works with conventional methods. In the Arctic seas of Russia, there are additional difficulties associated with the short field season, unfavorable hydrometeorological conditions, and severe restrictions imposed on the methodology and acquisition techniques by requirements of the environmental nature protection legislation. To obtain high-quality seismic data it is extremely important to select the most suitable equipment for data acquisition, optimal shooting geometry and data acquisition methodology, and the most advanced data processing and quality control software. The purpose of this article is to show developed at JSC MAGE 4-component 2D seismic technology based on use of the autonomous bottom stations. It allows conducting the seismic regional 2D survey in the transit area with registration of converted (PS) waves at higher efficiency level.

The article formulates a number of directions for improving information and methodological provision for economic and statistical analysis of the agricultural sector of the Russian economy. The author argues the necessity of using in analytical work data bases with grouping variables that can reflect the size, specialization, efficiency of the agricultural producers. The possibility of extending the analytical work in view of conducting and summing up the results of the 2016 Russia census of agriculture (RCA), as well as sample surveys of peasant (farm) enterprises in Russia, organized using results of the 2016 RCA is considered Separately, is raised the issue of increasing the reliability of the characteristics of the agricultural sector through the system of agricultural indicators coordinated with the national accounting, to be precise with regard to the agricultural sector were reviewed the issues of improving the methodology of interregional and cross-sectoral analysis. ; В статье формулируется ряд направлений совершенствования информационно-методологического обеспечения экономико-статистического анализа аграрного сектора российской экономики. Аргументируется необходимость в аналитической работе использования баз данных с группировочными признаками, отражающими размеры, специализацию, эффективность функционирования сельскохозяйственных товаропроизводителей. Рассматриваются возможности углубления аналитической работы в связи с проведением и подведением итогов Всероссийской сельскохозяйственной переписи 2016 г. (ВСХП-2016), а также выборочных обследований личных подсобных хозяйств сельского населения России, организованных с использованием результатов ВСХП-2016. Отдельно затронут вопрос повышения достоверности характеристики положения сельскохозяйственной отрасли на основе скоординированной с национальным счетоводством системы показателей аграрной статистики, в частности применительно к аграрному сектору рассматривались вопросы совершенствования методологии межрегионального и межотраслевого анализа.
