In its seminars U-School for Transformation, offered by Presencing-Institute at MIT, invites participants to set up their own team hubs based on topics they design. These contribute to a new global, eco-centered leadership consciousness and ethics that reaches out to profit and nonprofit organizations around the world. Such a collective network approach is urgent since our planet is facing severe economic, ecological, and political threats. This paper is an outcome of the work of ulab 2.x Team #1134 on "Spirituality, personal growth and leadership." We aim to investigate how to bring these three cornerstones together in a leader's work and the organization's life. One of our initiatives was inviting leaders for stakeholder interviews to investigate this topic from the practitioners' perspective. The findings of the interviews are shared in that paper.

In this paper, we comment on the debate about guidelines for Art. 102 TFEU in the face of the challenges brought by digital ecosystems and abuse of dominance in related markets. We take the perspective of dynamic competition economics and derive four recommendations for the future enforcement of abuse control and related merger control: (i) we advocate to abandon the as-efficient-competitor standard embraced in the late 2000s, (ii) we emphasize the relevance on focusing on exploitative abuses as well as on exclusionary ones, (iii) we suggest to implement a concept of systemic market power as a guideline to enforcement, and (iv) we argue that the same enhanced market power standard should also be applied in the corresponding merger control. While going beyond pure guideline recommendations and focusing on a dynamic-economic view, we are convinced that these steps are necessary to move towards a more effective competition policy towards abuse of digital dominance.

The codebook is developed for research on framing of climate change in Indonesia. Operationalization of this codebook based on frame elements and frame dimensions on climate change. Frame elements include problem and benefit, causal interpretation, moral evaluation and solution on climate change whereas frame dimensions include scientific dimension, economic dimension as well as environmental and social dimensions.

The successful climate movement won't be radical or moderate. It has to be both - and it has to be now. The Climate Majority Project calls for a new wave of urgent, inclusive, citizen-led climate action; making space for a diversity of people to show up just as they are, and protect what they love. If climate action remains marginal at this late hour, it will fail. The rapid, system-level change that we need to escape catastrophe will take unprecedented public mobilization. A 'silent majority' of citizens is now concerned about human-made climate change - and as ever more people wake up to the crisis and ask 'What can I do?', the climate movement must answer them without insisting on conformity. In dismay at the inaction of governments on climate, emerging citizen groups are showing how people can use their real power and authentic voice to drive change. In the workplace, in politics and in local communities people are stepping forward both to demand transformation and to make it happen. At the same time, they're regenerating community and directing the wasted energy of us-and-them polarization back towards solidarity and resilience. This wave will grow if concerned individuals recognize that they're part of a climate majority: a formidable collective force for change. All proceeds from the sale of this book will support work by the Climate Majority Project to catalyse urgent citizen climate action.
