Java was once the center of Hindu and Buddhist culture around the 4th until the 15th century AD. The number of archaeological remains from this period is infinite, both monumental remains such as temples and petirtaan (water shrines/ temple), and other remains such as yoni, linga, and statues. These remains are registered systematically by the Dutch East Indies government through its Archaeological Service (Oudheidkundig Dienst). unfortunately, most of them cannot be identified for their exact present locations. Some of the remains were later discovered unexpectedly at the time of construction or agricultural work activities. Therefore, this study seeks to investigate the locations of archaeological remains as reported by the Dutch Archaeological Service in the region of Magelang using the Geographic Information System (GIS) approach. This study suggests that, during the period of the Dutch East Indies, Magelang region has a very high density of Hindu-Buddhist archaeological remains. The result of this study can be used for further surveys, re-inventory, as well as protection and preservation efforts. ; Pulau Jawa pernah menjadi pusat perkembangan kebudayaan bercorak Hindu-Buddha sekitar abad ke-4 hingga ke-15 M. Tinggalan arkeologi dari periode ini sangat tinggi, baik berupa candi, petirtaan, maupun tinggalan lepas seperti arca, yoni, lingga, dan sejenisnya. Inventarisasi tinggalan tersebut sudah dilakukan secara sistematis sejak masa pemerintah Hindia Belanda melalui Dinas Purbakala (Oudheidkundig Dienst). Sayangnya sebagian besar tinggalan arkeologi tersebut sekarang tidak lagi diketahui secara tepat lokasi. Ada yang kemudian ditemukan secara tidak sengaja pada saat kegiatan pembangunan ataupun pengerjaan lahan pertanian. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk melacak ulang lokasi tinggalan arkeologi Hindu-Buddha yang pernah dilaporkan oleh Dinas Purbakala Belanda di Wilayah Magelang. Proses pelacakan dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Sistem Informasi Geografis. Hasilnya berupa peta sebaran lokasi tinggalan arkeologi Hindu-Buddha. Peta ini menunjukkan bahwa di Wilayah Magelang, pada periode Hindia-Belanda, mengandung tinggalan arkeologi Hindu-Buddha yang padat. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan survei, reinventarisasi, hingga upaya pelindungan dan pelestariannya.

One of the proposed local government regulations (Perda) proposed by the members of district parliament (DPRD) of the city of Serang is Perda number 1 year 2011 about the annual parking system in the side of public road which received records from the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Finance so that it could not be implemented in Serang City. The focus of this research is the implications of the unenactment of Perda number 1 year 2011 against the implementation of the local government of Serang. The research method used was qualitative with normative and juridical approach empirically. The results showed that Perda of Serang City initiative could not be enforced because it is contrary to the higher Perda. Its implications for the regional government of Serang City is the parliament of Serang was not working well in impelementing their legislation function.

Mediation is one of dispute resolution process that is faster and cheap, as well as can give access that is greater to all party to find settlement that satisfy and meet justice sense, however mediation implementation in Padang Religion Court class 1 A slight once that succeed in mediation. Research result: Padang Religion Court conducted peace effort with mediation way, accordance Perma Number 1 Year 2008. Mediation implementation in divorce case not yet went like a bomb. From 636 case that in mediation for January 2013 to June 2014 only 25 case or 3.9 % only divorce case that succeed mediation. Success as well as mediation failure certainly have supporter factor as well as inhibitory factor, among mediation success supporter factor in Padang Religion Court among others: mediator ability, sociological factor and pisikologis all party, moral and kerohaniaan, and good determination all party. Besides it so happens mediation success obstacle factor in Padang Religion Court among others: eager desire all party to divorce, room that is less conducive, mediator number limitation,one of party would not come, and lack of community understanding about mediation. Undang-Undang No. l Tahun 1974 In people's lives there is still a frequent way of marriage which is a violation of Law , especially article 2 paragraph 2, namely: "Each marriage is recorded according to the applicable laws and regulations". The definition of violation in the law, known as siri marriage. In this case the law must be understood as a set of rules governing, controlling society. According to Gustav Radbruch law must contain three basic values, namely: 1. Value of justice (philosophical aspect). The validity of the law is justified on the basis of human philosophical beliefs. 2. Value of certainty (juridical aspect). The validity of the law is due to social reality (society as a whole).
