Siyasi parti ve hükümet programlarında girişimcilik ve inovasyon ; Entrepreneurship and innovation in political parties and government programs

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, girişimcilik ve inovasyon kavramlarına hükümet ve siyasi parti programlarında ne derece yer verildiğini araştırmaktır. Hükümet ve siyasi parti programlarında bu kavramların sıklıkla yer alması, girişimcilik ve inovasyon kavramlarına önem verildiği ve teşvik edileceği şeklinde yorumlanacaktır. Çalışmada yöntem olarak, soysal bilimlerde yaygın bir kullanım alanı bulan nitel araştırma yönteminden, veri elde etmede ise doküman analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışma halen TBMM'de temsil edilen 4 siyasi parti (AKP, CHP, MHP, BDP) ile 1983 yılından sonra kurulan 16 hükümetin programlarını kapsamaktadır. ; The aim of this study is to determine to what extent were the concepts of entrepreneurship and innovation included in political party programs. The fact that these two concepts were frequently included in the programs of governments and political parties signifies that these concepts are assigned importance and they will be supported. Qualitative research method, which is widely used in social sciences was made use of as the study method, and document analysis was used in obtaining data. The study covers the programs of four political parties represented in the parliament at present and 16 governments that have come to power since 1983.
