Социально-экологические проблемы современности ; Проанализирован опыт экономически развитых государств по демократизации своих природоохранных законодательств. Рассмотрены наиболее действенные и распространённые формы защиты экологических прав граждан этих стран, виды юридической ответственности за экологические правонарушения и преступления. Описан порядок возмещение вреда, причинённого нарушением законодательства об окружающей среде в экономически развитых государствах.
