Abstract

Социальные и экологические проблемы современности ; Сформулированные в Национальной стратегии устойчивого социально-экономического развития Республики Беларусь на период до 2020 г. принципы развития национальной экономики не получили выраженных решений ни в части развития рыночных инструментов природопользования, ни в части нормативно-правовых документов. Переход на зеленую экономику не стал для республики национальным приоритетом. Интеграция инструментов поддержки «зеленого» экономического роста сталкивается с определенными трудностями объективного и субъективного характера. Основным фактором, стимулирующим правительство к «озеленению» экономики, являются не национальные потребности, а воздействие международных организаций. Оно осуществляется через систему организаций, объединяющих инвесторов и взаимодействующих с правительством и бизнес-структурами ; Formulated in the National Strategy for Sustainable Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Belarus for the period until 2020, the principles of the development of the national economy have not received any expressed solutions either in terms of the development of market-based environmental management instruments or in the part of normative and legal documents. The transition to the «green economy» has not become a national priority for the Republic. Integration tools to support «green» economic growth is faced with difficulties of objective and subjective nature. The primary factor motivating the Government to «greening» of the economy are not national requirements and the impact of international organizations. Impact is carried out through a system of organizations that bring together investors and interacting with the Government and business-structures.
