Construction langagière de la figure de l'aidant du malade d'Alzheimer : dénominations et mise en mots interdiscursive dans les pratiques

International audience ; This contribution focuses on the status of the caregiver in the non-professional care of Alzheimer patients. We consider the role of the disease and the function of the relative involved in a help relationship, as well as their social, political and health building from the language sciences. The aim is to make a complementary contribution to healthcare professionals, to understanding an urgent problem, to the accompaniment of the end of life, through one of its events in different discursive spaces.We first define the problem of help to study at the interface of a semantic analysis of words (Semantics of possible arguments) and a linguistic analysis of speeches how speeches (dictionaries, legal and media) say and construct the activity of accompaniment of the patient. It is a question of better understanding how caregivers live this experience in their relationship with the patient, in the bodies involved in the help and in the social space near or far. By questioning what words do in the life of the actors, from the choice of names imposed by legal discourse to the strategies to talk about the caregiver in media discourses, we also question their suitability to recognize a social role that is now essential. ; Cette contribution s'intéresse au statut de l'aidant dans l'accompagnement non professionnel de patients atteints de la maladie d'Alzheimer. Nous envisageons le rôle de la maladie et la fonction du proche impliqué dans une relation d'aide ainsi que leur construction sociale, politique et sanitaire à partir des sciences du langage. Il s'agit de contribuer complémentairement aux professionnels de santé, à la compréhension d'une problématique urgente, l'accompagnement de la fin de vie, par l'une de ses manifestations dans différents espaces discursifs.
