Overview on the birth of decentralization in Spain ; Aperçu sur la naissance de la décentralisation en Espagne

Abstract

The Spain state, unitary state is for years a reference for decentralization for several countries including Morocco wich now leads a project of reform and territorial organization. We want to return to the subject of decentralization and its relation to the democratic process in Spain.Obviously in the light evolution of this country and its constitution a remarkable evolution crowned by the accession to the European union with strong productive and autonomous regions. ; L'Etat espagnol, Etat unitaire régionalisable, constitue depuis plus d'une décennie une référence incontournable en matière de décentralisation.Nous voulons revenir sur le sujet de décentralisation ainsi que son rapport avec le processus démocratique en Espagne bien évidemment à la lumière de l'évolution de ce pays et de sa constitution, une évolution remarquable couronnée par l'adhésion à l'Union européenne avec des régions fortes, productives et autonomes.
