Analyse anthropologique des mesures sanitaires engagées face à l'expansion du moustique « Tigre » en régions Languedoc-Roussillon - Corse (France)

International audience ; This article examines the question of the application of "sanitary and environmental measures" against the expansion of the tiger mosquito (Aedes albopictus) in metropolitan France for about ten years. The drafting, in 2006, of the Anti-Dissemination Plan for Chikungunya and Dengue in Metropolitan France (Ministry of Social Affairs and Health), initiated a public takeover of this risk, mobilizing since then an important network of actors .The idea of disproportion is here related to the feelings and attitudes involved in the existence and practical implementation of the Anti-Dissemination Plan, especially during special mosquito control operations designed to minimize the risk of local transmission of the virus. The professionals responsible for carrying out these operations and the populations benefiting from this measure may have different and even antagonistic representations of the threat and the public response.To highlight the distortions between planned measures (put into action) and disproportion in the management of situations in the field, the study is based on two anthropological field studies, in Corsica and Banyuls-sur-Mer in the Eastern Pyrenees. ; Cet article examine la question de l'application des « mesures sanitaires et environnementales » engagées face à l'expansion du moustique tigre ( Aedes albopictus) en métropole depuis une dizaine d'années. La rédaction, dès 2006, du Plan anti-dissémination du chikungunya et de la dengue en métropole (Ministère des affaires sociales et de la santé), a initié une prise en charge publique de ce risque, mobilisant depuis lors un important réseau d'acteurs. L'idée de démesure est ici liée aux sentiments et aux attitudes qu'impliquent l'existence et la mise en œuvre concrète du Plan anti-dissémination, en particulier lors des opérations spéciales de démoustication destinées à minimiser le risque de transmission locale du virus.
