Participation of Indigenous Women in the Construction of Public Policies in the framework of the implementation of the Peace Accords in Colombia ; Participación de las Mujeres Indígenas en la Construcción de Políticas Públicas en el marco de la implementación de los Acuerdos de Paz en Colombia

Abstract

This text wants to give an account of the way in which indigenous women have contributed to the construction of peace and the challenges that have to the implementation of the Peace Agreements established between the FARC guerrilla and the Colombian Government. It seeks to problematize three issues that are of deep concern: i) the way in which the demands of the Colombian indigenous movement have been considered, valued and recognized; (ii) ignorance of the challenges in the participation of indigenous women; and (iii) the lack of theoretical dialogue between the perspectives of peace and the field of public policies. The reflection presented here is the result of the research work of doctoral thesis development from the active participation and the plural dialogue that recovers the place of the enunciation of indigenous women yanaconas that in the context of city have led decision making processes in the field of public policies. ; Este texto quiere dar cuenta de la forma cómo en Colombia las mujeres indígenas vienen contribuyendo a la construcción de la paz y los retos que se tienen frente a la implementación de los Acuerdos de Paz establecidos entre la Guerrilla de las FARC y el Gobierno colombiano. Se busca problematizar tres asuntos que resultan de profunda preocupación: i) la forma cómo han sido consideradas, valoradas y reconocidas las demandas del movimiento indígena colombiano; ii) el desconocimiento de los retos en la participación de las mujeres indígenas y iii) el poco diálogo teórico entre las perspectivas de paz y el campo de las políticas públicas. La reflexión que aquí se expone es resultado del trabajo de investigación de tesis doctoral desarrollo a partir de la participación activa y el diálogo plural que recupera el lugar de la enunciación de mujeres indígenas yanaconas que en contexto de ciudad han liderado procesos de toma de decisión en el campo de las políticas públicas.
