La Derecha en el México moderno: propuesta de caracterización ; The Right-wing in modern Mexico: characterization proposal

Abstract

Hoy, diversos estudios han puesto en duda la utilidad de los términos Derecha e Izquierda,para explicar los diversos fenómenos políticos-sociales-económicos que ocurren en México yen el mundo. En el caso de México, en las dos últimas elecciones presidenciales, la sociedad presencio el fenómeno de lucha por el poder entre las así llamadas Izquierda y Derecha, está situación permitió continuar con el estudio de las características de estos términos dicotómicos.En el presente trabajo se analizan las diversas características que conlleva el término Derecha y a partir de ellas se formula una propuesta de caracterización de la Derecha mexicana. ; Today several studies have questioned the usefulness of the terms right-wing and left-wing, to explain the various social-economic-political phenomena occurring in Mexico and the rest ofthe world. In the case of Mexico, in the last two presidential elections, the Mexican society witnessed the phenomenon of power struggle between the so-called Left and Right wings, this situation triggered the interest to continue the study of different characteristics for these dichotomous terms. This paper discusses the various features that bring the term Right wing and from them a proposal is made to characterize the Mexican political right wing.
