ЗАДАЧИ ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ ГОСУДАРСТВА И БИЗНЕС-СТРУКТУР В МОДЕРНИЗАЦИИ ЭЛЕКТРОЭНЕРГЕТИКИ

Abstract

Рассмотрено взаимодействие государства и бизнес-структур в процессе модернизации электроэнергетики. Определено положение отрасли в экономической системе страны. Описано текущее состояние электроэнергетики. Выявлены основные проблемы энергопроизводства. Дана краткая характеристика государственных программ модернизации и выявлены объемы инвестирования, необходимые для их реализации. Поставлены основные задачи, решение которых обеспечит эффективное взаимодействие государства и бизнес-структур в процессе модернизации электроэнергетики. ; The article describes an interaction between the state and business structures in the process of modernization of the power industry. The place of the industry in the economic system of the country is determined and the current state of the power industry and the basic problems of electricity generation are described. The paper gives a brief description of governmental modernization programs and identifies the volume of investment which is necessary to implement these programs. The author sets the main tasks which solution will ensure the effective interaction between the state and business structures in the process of modernization of the power industry.
