Abstract

В статье дана характеристика российского рынка труда с точки зрения проблем и тенденций его развития. Особое внимание обращено на законодательное регулирование рынка труда в Российской Федерации и доказано несовершенство современной нормативно-правовой базы в этой области. ; The article describes the Russian labor market from the perspective of problems existing in it and the tendencies of its development. Special attention is paid to the legislative regulation of the Russian labor market, which in the author's view falls short of its actual labor market development.
