Abstract

В статье раскрывается суть современных вызовов, которые стоят перед Россией на современном этапе. Российская политика на международной арене должна быть прагматичной, ориентироваться на экономическую эффективность и приоритет национальных задач. В данной статье рассматриваются основные ресурсы внешней политики России, которые могли бы помочь ей следовать основным принципам концепции внешнеполитической безопасности РФ и занять лидирующие позиции на международной арене, к которым российское руководство так стремится сегодня. ; This article deals with modern threats and challenges that Russia faces nowadays. Russia's foreign politics must be pragmatic, aimed at economic efficiency and the priority of national goals. Within the framework of this article the main foreign resources of the Russian Federation are regarded. They could provide Russia with the leading positions on the international arena. The Russian establishment wishes to be one of the international leaders today. So it will be possible if Russia follows the main principles of the modern conception of national security that reveals the essence of Russia's national resources in the 21st century.
