Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of Russian economy institutional structure transformation. The main direction of economical institutes' system reformation is reduction of its deformalization degree. For the achievement of this goal it is necessary: to modify the government role in reformation processes realization; to increase the proprietorship protectability and to correct general principles of legislative field modification. According to the author, it is important to take into account a deep correlation between institutional transformations and political climate stability. ; The article is devoted to the problem of Russian economy institutional structure transformation.
