Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены проблемы адаптации отечественной промышленности к глобальному рынку. Проводимая в России политика должна способствовать развитию экономики в условиях вступления в ВТО. Поэтому эффект от вступления в ВТО будет зависеть от того, в какой степени можно будет воспользоваться механизмами государственного стимулирования инноваций, разрешенными ВТО. ; The article considers adaptation of domestic industry to the global market. The Russian policy must contribute to th e development of the economics in the conditions of entering World Trade Organization. The effect of entering World Trade Organization will depend on degree in which it will be possible to use the mechanisms of governmental stimulation of innovations, permitted by W orld Trade Organization.
