Анализируя причины низкой эффективности реализации программ социально-экономического развития российского Дальнего Востока, автор выявляет взаимозависимости между авторитарным характером современного российского политического режима и централизованной системой управления регионами. ; In this article the author studies the causes of the ineffective realization of social and economic development programmes in the Russian Far East and reveals the correlation between the authoritarian style of the political regime existing in modern Russia and the strong centralized system of administering the regions.
