РОЛЬ КОМСОМОЛА В РЕГУЛИРОВАНИИ ТРУДОВОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ НЕСОВЕРШЕННОЛЕТНИХ В 20-Е ГГ. ХХ В

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема участия комсомольских организаций в регулировании трудовой деятельности несовершеннолетних в 20-е гг. ХХ в. На основе архивных материалов определены основные формы и средства контроля молодежи за соблюдением трудового законодательства: комсомольское представительство в органах власти, участие в трудовых комиссиях и инспекциях, защита интересов в суде, организация учета и распределение рабочей силы по предприятиям, а также специфика их применения в Сибирском регионе. ; The author considers the problem of Komsomol organizations participation in minors' labour activity regulation during the 20s of the ХХth century, and basing on archival materials determines the main forms and means of youth control over compliance with labour legislation: Komsomol representation in authorities, participation in labour commissions and inspections, the protection of interests in court, the organization of the record and allocation of labour by enterprises, as well as the specificity of their application in Siberian region.
