ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВО И УПРАВЛЕНИЕ КАК КУЛЬТУРА

Abstract

Показана актуальность исследования соотношения законодательства и управления с философско-культурологической точки зрения. Законодательство и управление представлены как продукты социально-культурного развития общества. С позиции культурологии раскрыт механизм управления социальными системами и роль законодательства в нем. Исследованы особенности законодательства как совокупность культурных норм. ; The urgency of the research of correlation of the legislation and management from philosophic and culturological points of view is shown. The legislation and management are presented as products of social and cultural development of the society. From a position of cultural science the mechanism of management of social systems and a role of the legislation in it is opened. Features of the legislation as aggregates of cultural norms are researched.
