Истоки мирового финансового кризиса и пути обеспечения глобальной финансовой безопасности

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам мировой экономики, процессам финансовой глобализации и путям выхода из мирового кризиса. В условиях финансовой глобализации избыточная денежная масса меняет связи между долгами и деньгами. Появление новых производных финансовых инструментов увеличивает размеры существующих долгов Автор делает вывод, что основной причиной нынешних кризисов является разрыв между финансовым и реальным сектором экономики. В качестве выхода из кризиса автор предлагает усилить государственный контроль над финансовыми рынками и ввести альтернативные резервные валюты. ; The article is devoted to the problems of the world economy, financial globalization processes, and possible ways of overcoming the crisis. In the conditions of financial globalization, excessive money supply is used to change interrelations between debts and money. Emerging of new derivatives has led to increasing sizes of current debts. The author makes a conclusion that the main cause of the present crises is a gap between financial and real sectors of economy. As a way out of the crisis, the author suggests to strengthen the Government control over financial markets and to establish some alternative world reserve currencies.
