Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности культуры личности современного московского государственного служащего. Проанализированы особенности мышления, позволяющие человеку совершенствовать систему управления, исходя из требований реальности. Затрагивается вопрос внедрения инноваций в жизнь городского населения с последующим определением положительных и отрицательных результатов этой деятельности. В завершение приводятся разработанные Программы дальнейшего инновационного развития и совершенствования системы городского управления. ; The article considers special features of the personal culture of the modern government official of Moscow. It analyzes specifics of thinking, allowing a state employee to improve the management system according to the reality requirements. The author touches upon a subject of innovation application in the city population life, with following assessment of the positive and negative results of the activities. As a conclusion, the author presents developed Programs of the further innovative development and improvement of the municipal administration system.
