Реабилитирующие основания в уголовном судопроизводстве России

Abstract

Предпринята попытка дать определение реабилитирующим основаниям и рассмотреть их систему. Реабилитирующие основания проанализированы в свете Уголовно-процессуального кодекса РФ. Изложены предложения по законодательной регламентации таких реабилитирующих оснований, как частичная реабилитация и самооговор. ; The author makes an attempt to define a conception of rehabilitation grounds and to give a consideration to their system. The rehabilitation grounds are analyzed in the light of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. Proposals of legislative regulation of such rehabilitation grounds as severable rehabilitation and self-incrimination are formulated at this article.
