В данной статье раскрыта тема о закономерностях взаимосвязи индекса экономической свободы и условий для эффективного формирования и развития кластеров. Исследование основано на изучении опыта стран-участниц Евросоюза и Российской Федерации. Работа направлена на выявление оптимальной среды функционирования кластеров как в относительных, так и в абсолютных показателях ; In this publication we reveal theme about relationship between index of economic freedom and condition for effective establishment and development of clusters. The study is based on experiences of countries participating in the European Union and the Russian Federation. We directed work on identifying the optimal functioning of the cluster environment, both in relative and in absolute terms.
