ВЛИЯНИЕ ВНЕШНИХ ФАКТОРОВ НА СОЦИАЛЬНО-ПОЛИТИЧЕСКИЕ ПРОЦЕССЫ В КЫРГЫЗСКОЙ РЕСПУБЛИКЕ

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена рассмотрению внешней политики Кыргызской Республики и влиянию геополитических факторов на внутриполитические процессы в стране. В работе представлена периодизация внешнеполитического курса в современном Кыргызстане относительно США. Автором рассмотрен проект Ф. Старра «Большая Центральная Азия» и проанализирована «теория управляемого хаоса». Особое внимание уделяется взаимотношениям Кыргызстана с Россией, США и Китаем, с одной стороны, и с ближайшими соседями по региону, с другой. В статье анализируется проект по строительству железной дороги по маршруту «Китай Кыргызстан Узбекистан». Одно из центральных мест в статье занимает Россия. Большое внимание автором уделяется вопросам в экономической сфере, а именно строительству гидроэлектростанций. В связи с растущим количеством трудовых мигрантов из Кыргызской Республики в Россию, в статье рассматривается законодательная база в данной сфере. Автором перечислены ключевые факторы, вызывающие социально-политические проблемы между Кыргызстаном и сопредельными странами. В работе подробно рассматриваются вопросы, касающиеся анклавов и спорных территорий. ; This article deals with the foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the influence of geopolitical factors on the political processes in the country. The paper presents a periodization of foreign policy in modern Kyrgyzstan concerning the United States. The author reviewed the draft F. Starr's "Greater Central Asia" and analyzed the "theory of controlled chaos". Big attention is paid to the relationships of Kyrgyzstan and Russia, the USA and China, on the one hand, and with the nearest neighbors in the region, on the other. The paper analyzes the project for the construction of the railway "China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan". Russia takes one of the central points in the paper. Much attention is paid to the economic sphere, namely the construction of hydroelectric power. Due to the growing number of labor migrants from Kyrgyzstan to Russia, the article discusses the legislative framework in this area. The author lists the key factors that cause social and political problems between Kyrgyzstan and neighboring countries. This paper discusses in detail issues related to the enclaves and the disputed territories.
