Проблематика рынка труда в историческом процессе развития общества имеет особое значение. Ее актуальность никогда не снижается до второстепенных величин, а в периоды осложнений в развитии общества приобретает чрезвычайное значение. На рынке труда сходятся все основные социально-экономические, политические, демографические, этнокультурные и другие интересы общества. В периоды стабильности он служит местом их согласования, в периоды кризисов полем столкновения интересов. Это многоплановая сфера, которая не ограничивается сугубо экономической жизнью, но является сферой экономико-политической жизни общества. ; The problems of the labor market in the historical process of social development have the particular importance. Its relevance is never reduced to minor quantities, and in times of complications in the development of society it becomes extraordinarily important. Labor market united all major socio-economic interests of society: political, demographic, ethnic, cultural and others. During periods of stability the labor market serves as a place of reconciliation, in times of crisis as a field of conflicts of interest. This multi-dimensional sphere is not limited only by the economic life; it is an area of economic and political life of society. Therefore, in Russia, where the internal and external political factors for many years had a special meaning, the government should play an active role in the labor market.
