В статье рассмотрены генезис развития законодательства, регулирующего договор агентирования, вопросы правовой природы агентского договора в системе посреднических сделок, отличие исследуемого института от смежных правовых конструкций поручения и комиссии. ; This article deals with the development of legislation regulating agency contracts. The author discusses the issues of legal nature of the agency contract in the system of agency transactions, differences of the institution under consideration from the legal structures of commercial order and commission.
