К ВОПРОСУ ОБ АДАПТАЦИИ КУРСАНТОВ-ПЕРВОКУРСНИКОВ К ОБУЧЕНИЮ В ВОЕННОМ ВУЗЕ

Abstract

Научный интерес к понятию «адаптация», которое все более активно используется в психолого-педагогической науке, отражает стремление ученых целостно подойти к изучению человека в процессе освоения им новых социальных и профессиональных ролей при анализе его поведения в процессе воспитания и обучения. Раскрыть значение термина «адаптация» позволило обращение к ряду исследований, авторы которых (А. В. Карпов, В. Е. Орел, В. Я. Тернопол, А. Г. Мороз, А. Л. Мацкевич, В. В. Зеленский, А. А. Реан и др.) определяют его в рамках различных научных направлений. Особенности адаптации студентов-первокурсников, которая обеспечивает успешность дальнейшей профессиональной подготовки и деятельности, изучают А. К. Гришанов, В. Д. Цуркан, Т. И. Ронгинская, А. В. Сиомичев, П. А. Просецкий и др. Рассматривая специфику адаптации курсантов-первокурсников в рамках военного вуза, автор отмечает сложности, обусловленные не только проявлением психолого-возрастных особенностей (эмоциональная незрелость, открытость, внушаемость и т. д.), перестройкой системы ценностно-познавательных ориентаций личности, формированием новых способов познавательной деятельности, определенных типов и форм межличностных связей и отношений, но и резким изменением условий жизни (проживание в казарме, наряды и т. д.). В свою очередь, затягивание процесса психологической адаптации курсантов нередко обусловливает нарушения воинской дисциплины, служит причиной возникновения конфликтов, ухудшения состояния здоровья. С другой стороны, успешная адаптация курсанта - одна из предпосылок к качественной профессиональной подготовке будущего военного специалиста, что обусловливает особую актуальность и практическую значимость исследования этого пока мало изученного аспекта адаптации. ; Scientific interest in the concept "adaptation" which is being more and more actively used in psychology and pedagogic science, reflects aspiration of scientists completely to approach studying of the person in the course of development of new social and professional roles by it, in the analysis of his or her behaviour in the course of education and training. The appeal to a number of researches the authors of which (Anatoliy Karpov, Valeriy Oryol, Viktor Ternopol, Oleksiy Moroz, Ms. A.L. Matskevich, Valeriy Zelenskiy, Artur Rean, etc.) define it within various scientific directions allowing disclosing value of the term "adaptation". Leonid Grishanov, Valentin Tsurkan, Tat'yana Ronginskaya, Anatoliy Siomichev, Pavel Prosetskiy, etc. study features of adaptation of first-year students which provides success of further vocational training and activity. Considering specifics of adaptation of first-year cadets within military higher education institution, the author notes the difficulties caused not only by manifestation of age-related psychological features (emotional immaturity, openness, suggestibility, etc.), by reorganisation of system of valuable and informative orientations of the personality, by formation of new ways of cognitive activity, of certain types and forms of interpersonal communications and the relations, but also by abrupt change of living conditions (accommodation in barracks, duties, etc.). In turn, the tightening of process of psychological adaptation of cadets quite often causes violations of military discipline, serves as the reason of emergence of the conflicts, deteriorations of a state of health. On the other hand, successful adaptation of the cadet is one of prerequisites to high-quality vocational training of future military expert that causes special topicality and the practical importance of research of this so far poorly studied aspect of adaptation.
