АНАЛИЗ ДЕЙСТВУЮЩЕЙ СИСТЕМЫ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ИННОВАЦИОННОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬЮ В РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ

Abstract

Рассматриваются понятие и основные направления реализации государственной инновационной политики. Анализируется структура государственного управления инновационной деятельностью и нормативно-правовая база, обобщается зарубежный опыт управления инновационными процессами на уровне государства (основные направления государственной политики в области инновационной деятельности США, КНР, а также стран Европейского союза). В заключение приводятся рекомендации по совершенствованию механизма управления инновационной деятельностью в РФ. ; The concept and the main directions of the state innovation policy realization are discussed. The structure of innovation governance and the regulatory framework are analyzed, and international experience in managing innovation processes at the state level is observed. The authors considered the main directions of the state policy in the field of innovation the US, China and the European Union. In conclusion, recommendations to improve the mechanism of management of innovative activity in the Russian Federation are given.
