КРИТИЧНОСТЬ РЫНКА ТРУДА СВЕРДЛОВСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ И ГО ПЕРВОУРАЛЬСК

Abstract

Одним из важнейших макроэкономических показателей страны и региона явля-ется состояние рынка труда, которому оказывается пристальное внимание, поскольку сло-жившаяся ситуация на рынке труда – ключевой фактор состояния экономики. Информация о рынке труда является важным инструментом при разработке экономической и социальной политики государства. Экономическая нестабильность и мировые политические события оказывают прямое воздействие на рынок труда, провоцируя чрезмерную занятость в одном секторе экономики и недостаток квалифицированной рабочей силы в другой. В статье при-водятся результаты анализа показателей занятости и безработицы, проведена оценка критич-ности рынка труда Свердловской области и ГО Первоуральск. Рекомендации, предложенные авторами на основе проведенного анализа при их реализации позволят сбалансировать сло-жившуюся ситуацию на рынке труда и решить ряд существенных проблем связанных с ква-лификационным трудодефицитом и социально незащищенной безработицей. ; One of the most important macroeconomic indicators of the country and the region is the state of the labor market, which is attention, as the situation on the labor market is a key factor in the economy. Information about the labor market is important tool when development economic and social policy of the state. Economic instability and global political developments have a direct impact on the labor market, causing excessive employment in one sector of the economy and the shortage of skilled labor in another. The article presents the results of the analysis of indicators of employment and unemployment, an assessment the criticality of the labor market of the Sverdlovsk region and Pervouralsk. The recommendations proposed by the authors on the basis of the analysis of their implementation will help to balance the situation on the labor market and to solve a number of significant problems associated with the qualification of employment deficit and socially unpro-tected unemployment.
