Abstract

В статье обоснована необходимость трансформации действующей системы государственной поддержки малого бизнеса с целью изменения его доли и значения в национальной экономике. Рассмотрены основные направления деятельности малых предприятий и перспективы их развития. Определены механизмы повышения конкурентоспособности малого бизнеса за счет технологического переоснащения и инновационной ориентации в производственной деятельности. Показаны различные варианты увеличения объемов финансово-кредитной помощи малым предприятиям с учетом положительного и негативного воздействия для экономики страны. Осуществлен анализ воздействия на малый бизнес административных и рыночных инструментов государственного регулирования. Выявлены условия формирования благоприятной предпринимательской среды, позитивного инвестиционного климата с учетом социальных аспектов. ; The article substantiates the need for the transformation of the current state of small business support system to change its values and share in the national economy.
