Abstract

В статье проанализированы особенности разработки и реализации программы бизнес-регулирования сферы жилищного строительства. Проведен анализ объема инвестиций в основной капитал и подрядные работы за годы реформ в строительной отрасли. Выявлены особенности современной государственной жилищной политики. Выработаны рекомендации по разработке и реализации программы бизнес-регулирования сферы жилищного строительства. ; The article analyzes specific features of development and implementation of a business regulation program for the housing construction sphere. The volume of investments in the fixed capital and contractor works for the years of reforms in the construction industry was analyzed. Specific features of the modern governmental housing policy have been defined. The recommendations for development and implementation of the business regulation program for housing construction were formulated.
