ПРОБЛЕМЫ РАЗРАБОТКИ ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНОЙ ИНФОРМАЦИОННОЙ СИСТЕМЫ ДЛЯ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ МИКРОЭЛЕКТРОНИКИ

Abstract

Развитие ядерных программ, освоение космоса, разработка новой военной техники, создание современного медицинского оборудования, развитие транспортной системы это лишь небольшая часть отраслей, где применение электронной компонентной базы (ЭКБ) это не альтернатива настоящему и перспектива отраслей в будущем, а реальность сегодняшнего дня. Доля стоимости ЭКБ в готовом продукте колеблется от 20 до 85 %. Проектирование и производство ЭКБ сложный наукоёмкий процесс, проблемами которого занимались ряд отечественных и зарубежных ученых. В результате научной работы были частично разработаны математические модели, методы и алгоритмы для отдельных подсистем интеллектуальной информационной системы, однако ряд проблем, связанных со спецификой развития и функционирования предприятий микроэлектроники, остался нерешенным. Проблема разработки интеллектуальной информационной системы для предприятий микроэлектроники остается своевременной и актуальной. Цель работы проанализировать существующие проблемы в отрасли и выработать подходы к разработке и реализации интеллектуальной информационной системы, учитывающей особенности функционирования предприятий микроэлектроники и тенденции развития микроэлектроники как отрасли в целом. В статье проведен анализ особенностей и тенденций развития микроэлектроники и связанных с этим проблем, что легло в основу предложенных подходов к разработке и реализации интеллектуальной информационной системы и самой структуры информационной системы. При разработке архитектуры информационной системы автор руководствовался методами структурно-функционального моделирования, модульного и структурного программирования. Новизна работы заключается в выявлении проблем и задач, стоящих перед предприятиями микроэлектроники, и решении этих задач посредством разработки интеллектуальной информационной системы. ; The development of nuclear programs, space exploration, the development of new military equipment, creation of modern medical equipment, the development of the transport system is only a small part of the industries, where the use of electronic component base (ECB) is not an alternative to the present and prospect of industries in the future, but a reality today. Design and production of electronic components is complex, knowledge intensive process, which challenges a number of domestic and foreign scientists. As a result, scientific work has been partially developed mathematical models, methods and algorithms for individual subsystems of intelligent information systems, however, a number of problems associated with the specifics of the development and functioning of microelectronics enterprises, remained unresolved. The problem of developing intelligent information systems for enterprises of microelectronics remains timely and relevant. The objective was to analyze existing problems in the industry and develop approaches to the design and implementation of intelligent information systems, taking into account the peculiarities of microelectronics enterprises functioning and trends in the development of microelectronics as the industry as a whole. In the article, the analysis of features and trends of microelectronics development and related issues that formed the basis of proposed approaches to the design and implementation of intelligent information systems and the structure of the information system. When architecting an information system, the author was guided by the methods of structural-functional modeling, modular and structured programming. The novelty of this work is to identify the problems and challenges facing enterprises of microelectronics and addressing these challenges through the development of intelligent information systems.
