АНТИКРИЗИСНАЯ ПОЛИТИКА ГОСУДАРСТВА В НОВЫХ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИХ УСЛОВИЯХ

Abstract

В статье исследованы некоторые аспекты антикризисной политики государства в условиях кризиса, рассмотрены его основные отличия от мирового кризиса 2008–2009 гг., эффективность реализуемых мер в бюджетной и финансово-банковской сферах, в промышленности. Обосновывается нецелесообразность корректировки утвержденного бюджета без получения результатов его исполнения за предыдущий год. Особое внимание уделено необоснованности некоторых расходов бюджета, в т.ч. на содержание Госдумы, реализацию социальной политики и т.д ; The article presents a research of several aspects of the state's anti-crisis politics in the context of crisis, discusses the major differences between the current crisis and the global crisis of 2008-2009, as well as the efficacy of the measures implemented in the budget, financial, banking and industrial spheres. The author argues against the correcting of the adopted budget prior to its results for the previous year. Special attention is given to the lack of proper justification of some budget expenses, including those for the maintenance of the State Duma, realization of the social politics, etc.
