Проаналізовано історичні події зародження та функціонування медичного страхування на території України. Досліджено особливості законодавства у медичній сфері. Відокремлені етапи розвитку вітчизняного медичного страхування. ; In the article historical events the origin and functioning of medical insurance are analyzed in Ukraine. The features of the legislation in the medical sphere are investigated. Stages of development of national medical insurance are separated.
