Abstract

В статье анализируются сущность и содержание государственной региональной политики, ее взаимосвязь с обороноспособностью государства. Основное внимание уделяется исследованию основных направлений и специфике влияния современной региональной политики Российской Федерации на обороноспособность страны: исследуется влияние экономической, финансовой политики, всех базисных факторов региональной политики на обороноспособность страны, воздействие региональной политики на оборонно-промышленный комплекс. Освещается механизм воздействия на обороноспособность таких существенных консолидирующих элементов региональной политики, как транспортная система, энергетика, информационная политика, природные ресурсы, государственные резервы. Показана специфика влияния социальной и духовно-культурной сферы регионов на обороноспособность страны ; The article analyses the essence and matter of the state regional policy, its correlation with the defence potential of the state Much attention is given to research of the main directions and influence specificity of the modern regional policy of the Russian Federation on the defence capability: under consideration are influences of economical, financial policy, all basic factors of the regional policy on the defence capability of the country, influence of the regional policy on the defense-industrial sector. Taken up is the mechanism of influence on the defence capability of the essential consolidated elements of the regional policy like retrieval system, energetic, information policy, natural resources, government reserves. Influence specificity of the social, spiritual and cultural sphere of the regions on the defence capability of the state.
