АНАЛІЗ РУХУ ПРЯМИХ ІНОЗЕМНИХ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙ (АКЦІОНЕРНОГО КАПІТАЛУ) В УКРАЇНІ ; DIRECTIVE FOREIGN INVESTMENT MOVEMENT (EQUITY) IN UKRAINE

Abstract

У статті розглянуто поняття прямих іноземних інвестицій (ПІІ) згідно законодавства України. Проведена оцінка сучасного стану іноземного інвестування України на основі комплексного аналізу руху прямих іноземних інвестицій в Україну та прямих інвестицій з України.Аналіз тенденції 2014-2018 років свідчить про значне скорочення обсягу залучених іноземних інвестицій в Україну порівняно з 01.01. 2014 роком, проте на кінець 2018 року маємо зростання ПІІ, що свідчить про позитивну динаміку. Визначені основні країни-інвестори іноземного акціонерного капіталу. У структурі іноземних капіталовкладень головним інвестором в економіку України залишається Європейський Союз. Досліджено галузеву структуру акціонерного капіталу. Найбільший приріст демонструють такі види економічної діяльності: оптова та роздрібна торгівля; ремонт автотранспорт-них засобів і мотоциклів, інформації та телекомунікації та промисловість. Також досліджено потоки іноземних інвестицій на регіональному рівні країни, який вказує на дуже нерівномірний розподіл ПІІ. Ця диспропорція у географії розміщення іноземних акціонерних капіталів негативно впливає на розвиток міжгалузевого виробничого циклу в регіонах нашої держави.Проведена оцінка прямих іноземних інвестицій з України в економіку країн світу.З огляду на галузеву структуру зовнішніх інвестицій розміщених в інших державах, видно, що вітчизняний акціонерний капітал не зацікавлений в інвестуванні галузей економіки, які визначають добробут будь-якої країни світу, адже він демонструє надзвичайно низькі показники.Запропоновані рекомендації для активізації залучення прямих іноземних інвестицій в умовах євроінтеграції України - це захист прав інвесторів та надання гарантії іноземним інвесторам щодо стабільності умов ведення бізнесу в регіонах, здійснення скоординованої інформаціно-маркетингової політики, зниження податкового навантаження, створення інфраструктури для організаційної та правової підтримки інвестиційної діяльності. ; The article deals with the concept of foreign direct investment (FDI) according to the legislation of Ukraine. An assessment of the current state of foreign investment in Ukraine has been carried out on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the movement of foreign direct investment in Ukraine and direct investment from Ukraine.The analysis of the 2014-2018 trend shows a significant reduction in the volume of attracted foreign investments in Ukraine compared to 01.01. 2014, however, there is an increase in FDI at the end of 2018, which indicates a positive trend.The main countries-investors of foreign equity are identified. In the structure of foreign investments, the European Union remains the main investor in the economy of Ukraine.The branch structure of the share capital is investigated. The following types of economic activity show the greatest growth: wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, information and telecommunications and industry. It also examines the flows of foreign investment at the regional level, which indicates a very uneven distribution of FDI. This disproportion in the geography of the placement of foreign equity has a negative impact on the development of the cross-industry production cycle in the regions of our country. Foreign direct investments from Ukraine into the economies of the world have been evaluated.Given the sectoral structure of foreign investment located in other countries, it is clear that domestic equity is not interested in investing in the sectors of the economy that determine the well-being of any country in the world, because it shows extremely low performance.The recommendations for intensifying the attraction of foreign direct investment in the conditions of European integration of Ukraine are to protect the rights of investors and to guarantee to foreign investors the stability of business conditions in the regions, the implementation of coordinated information-marketing policy, reducing the tax burden and the establishment of infrastructure.
