Abstract

The article analyses the dispersal of forces in the Vinnytsia region before the 2019 parliamentary elections. The author highlights the dominance of the «BPP Solidarity» Party and its satellites as a typical example of the clientele orientation of elites in the system of patrimonial presidentialism. ; Аналізується розклад сил у Вінницькій області перед парламентськими виборами 2019 р. Констатується домінування «БПП-Солідарність» та її сателітів як типовий приклад клієнтелістської орієнтації еліт в системі патримоніального президенціалізму.
