Abstract

Las promesas de refundación del país, luego de la caída de Gutiérrez, se han plasmado en una estrategia confusa y zigzagueante. Los fallidos intentos por llevar adelante una reforma política muestran, una vez más, que este tema no pasa de ser más que un simulacro, un "mito", que permite a los gobernantes mantener intacto el sistema político ecuatoriano. Estos meses de nuevo gobierno muestran que el discurso de la "ingobernabilidad" en el país ubica el problema en el objeto de gobierno más no en el sujeto que gobierna; han mostrado que el desgobierno es una estrategia en la que se administra pero no se gobierna. ; The promises of "refund the country", after Gutiérrez government, have ended in a confused strategy.
