STATE, CONTRADICTIONS AND PERSPECTIVES OF DEVELOPMENT OF POLITICAL EDUCATION IN MODERN UKRAINIAN SOCIETY ; СТАН, СУПЕРЕЧНОСТІ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ ПОЛІТИЧНОЇ ОСВІТИ В СУЧАСНОМУ УКРАЇНСЬКОМУ СУСПІЛЬСТВІ

Abstract

Political education is an important sector of society, from effective functioning of which depends the stability of the political system, the appropriateness of decisions that are adopted, the quality of life for everyone. Through programs of political education, citizen of a democratic model is educated that realizes its own place and role in the society, upholds human values, aware of the political reality of the state and has necessary skills to participate in political decision-making; for maximum effect and benefit of educational activities across the country it is necessary to implement educational programs for all sectors of the population; political learning process should be conducted not only by educational, but also informal educational institutions. In modern Ukraine as a result of changes in the political system, the destruction of the old value system of the society faces complex issues. These include questions about the system of values that can be the basis of consensus of different social groups. The old model of political behavior and participation are learned by the older generation, do not reflect the new political realities and disorient a person. New models are formed and absorbed very slowly. This is why the issue of political education shall outstanding relevance. After all, it is provided by means of introduction and assimilation on an objective scientific basis of domestic and foreign policy experience. Political education enables the individual to comprehend the functioning of the political system and armed with knowledge of ways to influence it to implement its own and group interests.Key words: human being, education, culture, democratic society, civil society, political education, political education ; Політична освіта - важлива галузь життєдіяльності суспільства, від ефективного функціонування якої залежить стабільність політичної системи, доцільність рішень, що ухвалюються, якість життя кожної людини.
