CRITICAL THINKING AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF FORMATION OF MILITARY LEADER'S COMMUNICATIVE QUALITIES ; КРИТИЧНЕ МИСЛЕННЯ ЯК СКЛАДОВА ФОРМУВАННЯ КОМУНІКАТИВНИХ ЯКОСТЕЙ ВІЙСЬКОВОГО ЛІДЕРА

Abstract

The article deals with issues related to the formation of the communicative qualities of a military leader, where the necessary component is cognitive and socio-psychological behavior. Communicative competence acts as an integrative quality and provides for the transfer of a professional situation to a humanistic, content-search level. Along with the positive changes in the direction of improving the professional training in the military highschools critical analysis is subject to the unresolved problems. Scientific and practical highly sought of forming of abilities and communicative skills of military leader on the basis of the critical thinking is demonstrated. However, the formation of the future military leader communication skills on the basis of critical thinking has not gained a proper understanding in the scientific research, although, as practice shows, the formation of this competence in the military highschools is an important and necessary condition. The analysis of researches and publications on the phenomenon of critical thinking, and the professional communicative culture of the military-leader is considered. The purpose of the article is outlined: the search for the properties of the phenomenon of critical thinking that will effectively form the communicative base of military leader. The analysis of researches and publications on the determined problem is presented. In the presentation of the main material according to the research, the communicative components of the military-leader are analyzed: cognitive, psychological and linguistic qualities, communicative principles, cognitive and socio-psychological behavior, tolerance, where, in its turn the constructive-reflexive, emotional-volitional and behavioral components are highlighted. In addition, the linguistic laws of influence on the audience, the skills of analytical and synthetic work with information, its analysis, interpretation, mono-discussion on the logic and rationality of the chosen solution are worthy of attention. The critical analysis plays a significant role in the mentioned above concepts. The concept of "critical" and "critical thinking" is specified. The questions, important from the point of view of critical thinking, are considered, the functions of critical thinking are defined. Доводиться наукова і практична затребуваність формування вмінь і навичок спілкування військового лідера на основі критичного мислення. Дається аналіз досліджень і публікацій, у яких розглядається феномен критичного мислення, професійна комунікативна культура командира-лідера. Окреслено мету статті: пошук властивостей феномену критичного мислення, що дозволять ефективно сформувати комунікативний каркас військового лідера. Представлено аналіз досліджень і публікацій з визначеної проблематики. У викладенні основного матеріалу дослідження аналізу підлягають комунікативні складові командира-лідера: когнітивні, психологічні та мовні якості, принципи комунікативності, когнітивна та соціально-психологічна поведінка, толерантність, навички аналітико-синтетичної роботи з інформацією, її аналіз, інтерпретування, де важливого значення набуває саме критичний аналіз. Уточнено поняття «критичний» та «критичне мислення». Розглянуто питання, важливі з точки зору критичного мислення, визначено функції критичного мислення. Обосновывается научная и практическая необходимость формирования умений и навыков общения военного лидера на основе критического мышления. Дается анализ исследований и публикаций, в которых рассматривается феномен критического мышления, профессиональная коммуникативная культура командира-лидера. Определено цель статьи: поиск свойств феномена критического мышления, что позволяет эффективно формировать коммуникативный каркас военного лидера. Представлено анализ исследований и публикаций по данной проблематике. В изложении основного материала исследования анализируются коммуникативные составляющие военного лидера: когнитивные, психологические и языковые качества, принципы коммуникативности, когнитивное, социально-психологическое поведение, толерантность, умения аналитико-синтетической работы с информацией, ее анализ, интерпретация, где большое значение приобретает именно критический анализ. Уточнено понятие «критический» и «критическое мышление». Рассмотрены вопросы, важные с точки зрения критического мышления, определено функции критического мышления.
