Abstract

In article deals the problems of development of entrepreneurship (SME) in Ukraine in terms of the formation by the state and by the society the institutional capacity and social conditions. The latter is considered as a appropriate business resource with including the following components: state financial support and support by non-government organizations, nature of the tax policy, nature of the legislation, resources of confidence in the institutions of power and characterization of the relationship between business and society. The social aspects of entrepreneurship development in Ukraine over the past 7-10 years are analyzed. Evaluation of the institutional development capacity and socio-cultural parameters of the individual participation are carried out. This kind of analysis reflects the parameters of social inequality and the quality of life of Ukrainian society in the projection of its transformation and European integration. ; В статті розкривається проблематика розвитку підприємництва (малого та середнього бізнесу) в Україні в аспекті формування державою та суспільством відповідних інституційних можливостей та суспільних умов. Останні ж розглядаються як відповідний ресурс підприємництва, до складу якого входять такі компоненти, як: державна та недержавна фінансова підтримка, характер податкової політики та діяльності законодавства, ресурс довіри до інститутів влади, а також характеристика взаємовідносин бізнесу та суспільства. Розкриття даних сторін соціального аспекту розвитку підприємництва в Україні за останні 7-10 років і формування оцінки інституційних можливостей та соціокультурних параметрів участі індивідів у підприємницькій діяльності відображає параметри соціальної нерівності та якості життя українського соціуму у проекції його трансформації та євроінтеграції.
