Abstract

У статі проаналізовано та обґрунтувань фахову підготовку курсантів поліції. яка включає в себе: вогневу, тактичну, загальнопрофільну, функціональну та фізичну підготовку, що сприяє формуванню та збагаченню соціальної зрілості, знань і вмінь, які необхідні для адекватного виконання специфічних завдань. Професійна діяльність працівників поліції різноманітна та складна, має чимало відмінностей від інших видів професійної діяльності, яким також притаманні екстремальні, небезпечні умови праці. ; Тhe article the professional training of police cadets has been analyzed and substantiated. which includes: firing, tactical, general, functional and physical training, which contributes to the formation and enrichment of social maturity, knowledge and skills that are necessary for the adequate performance of specific tasks. The professional activities of police officers are diverse and complex, with many differences from other types of professional activity, which are also characterized by extreme, dangerous working conditions. Maturity is also a socio-pedagogical result that arises in the process of interaction of social and pedagogical environment, development and maturity of a person. In many studies, researchers view the social formation of the individual as a complex process of adjusting the student / student to life, maturity is an important component of the formation of personality in society. We conducted training sessions on the topic: «Methods of self-defense in an aggressive environment», «Strategies of behavior in a conflict situation», which contributed to the psychological and pedagogical training of law enforcement officials to work in crisis, emergency and situations. Improving the professional training system of police officers requires the development of models of training law enforcement officers in accordance with the identified stages and integrating them into a single pedagogical model of professional readiness of the specialist. The vector of reforming the system of professional education of police officers is defined in the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 25, 2016 No. 1252, which approved the concept of reforming education in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and provides for the creation of a scientifically substantiated methodological basis for the innovative development of the education system in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, defining approaches to optimization MIA higher education institutions network. The profession of policeman refers to the professions characterized by subject-subject activity. Theoretical preparation implies the presence of a set of general and professional knowledge, which should be constantly updated and updated in accordance with changes in the legislative framework, scientific achievements, development of information resources. The components of physical training are: a sufficient level of development of basic physical qualities (strength, speed, agility, flexibility, endurance); a sufficient level of development of special abilities and skills in the application of police coercion measures. ; В статье автором проанализированы и обоснованы профессиональная подготовка курсантов полиции. которая включает в себя: огневую, тактическую, общепрофильную, функциональную и физическую подготовку, способствует формированию социальной зрелости, знаний и умений, которые необходимы для адекватного выполнения специфических задач. Профессиональная деятельность сотрудников полиции разнообразна и сложна, имеет немало отличий от других видов профессиональной деятельности, которым также присущи экстремальные, опасные условия труда.
