Abstract

The article reveals the problem of implementing the technology of acmeological support of cultural education and training of prospective commissioned officers of radio engineering specialties, which is considered as a kind of a program, which includes: a system of tasks for achieving a high level of cultural competence by prospective commissioned officers of radio technical specialties; a set of methods, special techniques and means for achieving the goals; a clear algorithm of effective problem solution for optimal cadets self-realization in cultural activities. It is defined that the main task of acmeological technologies is to form and consolidate in the cadet's consciousness the need for self-development, self-realization and self-improvement, which is possible with the help of various techniques of self-actualization of the personal and professional «I». It is determined that the effectiveness of cultural education and training of prospective commissioned officers of radio engineering specialties will increase in terms of acmeological support on the basis of scientifically grounded personally-oriented technology, which provides positive dynamics of enhancement of the cadets' cultural competence, gaining experience of practical activity. The main stages of implementing the technology are defined and characterized: diagnostic, designing, training-organizational, control-reflexive. The diagnostic stage provides application of specific methods that determine the level of development of structural components of the cultural competence of the cadets and their зукіщтфд potential. The projecting stage presents implementation of acmeological projecting by a cadet accompanied by the teacher). The training-organizational stage involvs prospective commissioned officers into cultural practice. The control-reflexive stage provides diagnostics of the components of the cadets' cultural development). The practical significance of the research is determined by the introduction and experimental verification of the effectiveness of technology of acmeological support of cultural education and training prospective commissioned officers, as well as the «Cultural Education and Training Prospective Commissioned Officers of Radio Engineering Specialties in the Acmeological Culture Content Environment» author's special course, which can serve as methodological recommendations for providing cultural education and training cadets in higher military education establishments, development and content enrichment programs for such disciplines as «Cultural Studies», «History of Ukrainian Culture and Ukrainian Army», «History of Ukraine», «Leadership Course», «Ukrainian language of Professional Orientation», «Foreign language» in the context of solving the problem of developing the cultural competence of prospective commissioned officers. ; В статье раскрыто проблему обоснования и внедрения технологии акмеологического сопровождения культурологической подготовки будущих офицеров радиотехнических специальностей, которая рассматривается как поэтапная программа, что предполагает: систему задач по достижению будущими офицерами радиотехнических специальностей высокого уровня культурологической компетентности; совокупность форм, методов, специальных приемов и средств для достижения целей; четкий алгоритм эффективного решения задачи по оптимальной самореализации будущего офицера-радиотехника в культурологической деятельности. ; В статті розкрито проблему обгрунтування та впровадження технології акмеологічного супроводу культурологічної підготовки майбутніх офіцерів радіотехнічних спеціальностей, що розглядається як поетапна програма, яка передбачає: систему завдань по досягненню майбутніми офіцерами радіотехнічних спеціальностей високого рівня культурологічної компетентності; сукупність форм, методів, спеціальних прийомів та засобів для досягнення цілей; чіткий алгоритм ефективного розв'язання завдання щодо процесу оптимальної самореалізації майбутнього офіцера-радіотехніка у культурологічній діяльності.
