Abstract

The aim of the research. The article provides a brief analysis of sources known to the author on the history of the participation of Jews in the revolutionary movement in the Russian Empire. Research methods. The methods of modern source study were used, with the help of which the informational possibilities of unpublished and published documents were established, and their assessment was given in terms of their scientific significance for studying the place and role of Jews in the history of the revolutionary movement in the Russian Empire. Scientific novelty. For the first time in modern Ukrainian historiography, the main types of historical sources on this topic of research are presented. In particular, these are materials of gendarme administrations, literature of revolutionary organizations, personal correspondence, and separate studies of civil servants, revolutionary leaders, and publicists. Conclusion. A hypothesis was formulated that even a brief review of the documentary base on the history of the participation of Jews in the Russian revolutionary movement suggests that they are actively participating in it. The largest number of historical documents on this subject is stored in the funds of the State Archives of the Russian Federation, the Russian Archives of Socio-Political History, the Central State Historical Archives of Ukraine (Kiev). A certain part of this documents primarily from the Russian archives has already been published. ; Le but de l'étude. En particulier, il matériaux des administrations de gendarmerie, littérature des organisations révolutionnaires, correspondance personnelle, essais séparés de fonctionnaires, personnalités révolutionnaires, publicistes. Conclusions. L'hypothèse a été formulée selon laquelle même un bref examen de la base documentaire sur l'histoire de la participation des Juifs au mouvement révolutionnaire russe suggère qu'ils participent activement à ce mouvement. Le plus grand nombre de documents historiques sur l'histoire de la participation des Juifs au mouvement révolutionnaire russe est conservé dans les fonds des Archives de l'État de la Fédération de Russie, des Archives russes d'histoire sociale et politique, duArchives de l'Ukraine (Kiev). Une partie de ces documents, principalement issus des collections des archives russes, est déjàpublié. ; Цель исследования. В статье проанализированы известные автору источники по истории участия евреев в революционном движении в Российской империи. Методы исследования. Использованы методы современного источниковедения, с помощью которых были установлены информационные возможности неопубликованных и опубликованных документов, дана их краткая оценка с точки зрения их научного значения в деле изучения места и роли евреев в истории революционного движения в Российской империи. Научная новизна. Впервые в современной украинской историографии представлены основные виды исторических источников по указанной теме исследования. В частности, это материалы жандармских управлений, литература революционных организаций, личная переписка, отдельные сочинения государственных служащих, революционных деятелей, публицистов. Выводы. Сформулирована гипотеза о том, что даже краткий обзор документальной базы по истории участия евреев в российском революционном движении, позволяет утверждать об их активном участии в этом движении. Наибольшее количество исторических документов по истории участия евреев в российском революционном движении хранится в фондах Государственного архива Российской Федерации, Российском архиве социально-политической истории, Центральном государственном историческом архиве Украины (г. Киев). Определённая часть этих документов, прежде всего из фондов российских архивов, уже опубликована. ; Мета дослідження. У статті проаналізовані відомі автору джерела з історії участі євреїв в революційному русі в Російській імперії. Методи дослідження. Використано методи сучасного джерелознавства, за допомогою яких були встановлені інформаційні можливості неопублікованих і опублікованихдокументів, дана їх коротка оцінка з точки зору їх наукового значення в справі вивчення місця і ролі євреїв в історії революційного руху в Російській імперії. Наукова новизна. Вперше в сучасній українській історіографії представлені основні види історичних джерел із зазначеної теми дослідження. Зокрема, це матеріали жандармських управлінь, література революційних організацій, особисте листування, окремі твори державних службовців, революційних діячів, публіцистів. Висновки. Сформульовано гіпотезу про те, що навіть короткий огляд документальної бази з історії участі євреїв в російському революційному русі, дозволяє стверджувати про їх активної участі в цьому русі. Найбільша кількість історичних документів з історії участі євреїв в російському революційному русі зберігається в фондах Державного архіву Російської Федерації, Російському архіві соціально-політичної історії, Центральному державному історичномуархіві України (м.Київ). Певна частина цих документів, перш за все з фондів російських архівів, вжеопублікована.
