Abstract

This article considers the theoretical and methodological basis for the formation ofa subject of regional development in present conditions of Ukraine and explores the problem of extending powers of the community and local government bodies as a component of decentralization processes and public management development. The article proves the need for supporting the successful activity of the subject of regional development through the combination of interests of all stakeholders and community participation, its different forms of self-organization and local government bodies. ; Розглянуто теоретико-методологічні основи становлення суб'єкта регіонального розвитку в сучасних умовах України, проблему розширення повноважень громади та органів місцевого самоврядування як складову процесів децентралізації влади та розвитку публічного управління. Обґрунтовано необхідність забезпечення успішної діяльності суб'єкта регіонального розвитку шляхом поєднання інтересів усіх зацікавлених осіб і участі громади, її різноманітних форм самоорганізації та органів самоврядування.
