Abstract

Given article substantiates the feasibility of using the method of assessing the forces and means of reconnaissance used in assessing the qualitative and efficient use of intelligence for the combat use of missile forces and artillery; the advantage of centralizing the intelligence data security system is justified. The dependence of the effectiveness of conducting intelligence activities on different influences on means and and assets of intelligence is substantiated. The increase of volume of tasks of fire engagement of the enemy accordingly requires the increase of volume of tasks rocket troops and artillery on the types of the operative (battle) support, one of that there is providing necessary reconnaissance information. Certainly, the increase in volume of tasks from providing the receipt of reconnaissance information of battle application of the rocket troops and artillery requires the increase in amount of forces and facilities of getting and treatment of intelligence or change of methods of receipt of treatment and communication of necessary intelligence to the consumer. There is disparity between the volume of tasks from getting of intelligence information in the modern armed conflicts and possibilities of forces and facilities of intelligence organs and subdivisions in relation to implementation the brought tasks over, in particular in relation to exactness of determination, getting and processing of intelligence data. The improved methodology of evaluation of efficiency of possibilities of forces and facilities of secret service our subdivisions offered by the the authors of the article, proves that unlike existing on the basis of different coefficients of influence and dependence to work of forces and facilities of secret service, besides allows to take into account the factors of influence of fire engagement of the enemy of our subdivisions of secret service. The proposed method, in contrast to the existing, makes it possible: to assess the quality of use of forces and intelligence with a class of accuracy by an order of magnitude higher than the existing methodology, to ensure the continuity of conducting effective intelligence. In the theoretical terms, this model changes the approach to providing intelligence information of the rocket troops and artillery with the increased effectiveness of the use of forces and intelligence. ; В данной статье обоснована целесообразность использования метода оценки сил и средств разведки, который используется при оценке качественного и эффективного применения обеспечения разведывательной информацией боевого применения ракетных войск и артиллерии; обосновано преимущество централизации системы обеспечения разведывательными данными; обоснована зависимость эффективности ведения разведывательной деятельности от разных влияний на средства и силы разведки. Предложенная методика в отличие от существующей дает возмож­ность: оценить качество использования сил и средств разведки с классом точности на порядок выше, чем при существующей методике, обеспечить непрерывность ведения качественной разведки. В теоретическом плане отме­ченная модель изменяет подход к обеспечению разведывательной информацией ракетных войск и артиллерии с повышенной эффективностью применения сил и средств разведки. ; У статті обґрунтована доцільність використання методу оцінки сил і засобів розвідки, який вико­ристовується при оцінці якісного і ефективного застосування забезпечення розвідувальною інформацією бойового застосування ракетних військ і артилерії; обґрунтована перевага централізації системи забез­печення розвідувальними даними; обґрунтована залежність ефективності ведення розвідувальної діяльності від різних впливів на засоби і сили розвідки. Запропонована методика, на відміну від існуючої, дає можли­вість: оцінити якість використання сил і засобів розвідки з класом точності на порядок вищим, ніж за існуючої методики, забезпечити безперервність ведення якісної розвідки.У теоретичному плані означена модель змінює підхід до забезпечення розвідувальною інформацією ракетних військ і артилерії з підвищеною ефективністю застосування сил і засобів розвідки.
