POLITICAL UNCERTAINTY AS A CHARACTERISTIC OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MODERN GLOBAL WORLD ; ПОЛІТИЧНА НЕВИЗНАЧЕНІСТЬ ЯК ХАРАКТЕРНА РИСА РОЗВИТКУ СУЧАСНОГО ГЛОБАЛЬНОГО СВІТУ

Abstract

The essence of uncertainty serves as an attribute of political life. It is indicated that today the issue is related to various manifestations of political uncertainty in conditions of relative stability or instability and crisis of world. The very nature of uncertainty is influenced by various aspects: uncertainty due to the fact that it is impossible to predict values of a factor with accuracy; transformation; unpredictable behavior of participants in a conflict of interests in politics. The modern age is characterized by an increase in the planetary interaction of mankind, which means a single world system, all parts of which are in close interconnection and interdependence. The world globalization reveals itself both in the aggravation of today's global problems and in achieving of a high level integration of the world community, where the state and development of any state increasingly depends on the condition and the world changes as a whole. On the contrary, success in human problems solving represented in the direct dependence of the activity and coherence of the actions of individual states and peoples of the world. Along with this the issue that is associated with the manifestation of political uncertainty in conditions of relative stability or instability in the modern world remains rather relevant. In the process of transforming the world from bipolar to monopolar and then to multipolar, from monocentricity to polycentricity, new dimensional characteristics of the geopolitical global world are revealed. At present one can observe increasing of dynamics of global political processes, changing the architecture of the global world, the formation of new units, the intensification of competition that result to formation of new centers of power. Many experts believe that a slow moving to a multipolar polycentric world is the most likely scenario in the XXI century. ; Проаналізовано сутність політичної невизначеності, яка виступає атрибутом політичного життя будь-якого суспільства та світу загалом. Охарактеризовано тенденції політичної невизначеності в умовах сучасного глобального світу. Визначено основні тренди, що породжують стан невизначеності розвитку сучасного глобального світу.
