Abstract

The article deals with the issues raised with the creation and operating of the penal military unitsin the Armed Forces of the Third Reich, the system of involvement of the Wehrmacht servicemen, em-ployees, soldiers and officers of SS to disciplinary and criminal responsibility, the availability of vari-ous types of judicial and extrajudicial authorities. Particular attention is paid to the forms, types andmethods used to execute their decisions, including those sentenced to death. ; У статті розглядаються питання пов'язані з появою і функціонуванням у збройних силах Третього рейху штрафних формувань, системи залучення військовослужбовців Вермахту, співробітників, солдатів і офіцерів СС до дисциплінарної й кримінальної відповідальності, наявність різного роду судових і позасудових інстанцій. Певну увагу приділено формам, видам і методам приведення до виконання їх рішень, у т. ч. засуджених до страти.
