Abstract

In the article, the author offers for consideration a thorough analysis of the definitions of "socialization", "social institution" and "social needs" in philosophical, psychological, and socio-pedagogical research. The author focuses on determining the features of the formation and development of the modern child. The author analyzes the current trends of changes in the value orientations of the child under the influence of globalization changes in the social life of modern society. The article offers an analysis of the requirements and challenges of the modern world and opportunities for the child's personality development in this context. The article attempts to substantiate the socially conditioned influences of the environment on the development and formation of the modern child personality. The author analyzes the semantic aspect in the context of defining the concepts "needs" and "social needs" in various scientific studies. The article presents the author's definition of "social institution" and "social needs". The author analyzes the socio-educational conditions in the context of socially conditioned influences of social reality. The article describes globalization changes in the social, economic, environmental, and political dimensions of society as a platform on which to build qualitatively and quantitatively new values, landmarks of the modern child, its attitude to the world, to itself, to life in general. The author considers the value aspect of the requirements and challenges of the modern world through the prism of contradictions of social and psychological capabilities of the child's personality, difficulties in the process of harmonious development, and socialization of the child. The author substantiates some aspects of the child's development and socialization in the context of meeting its social needs. In the article, the author proposes to consider the results of observing the interaction of social and educational influences of socialization institutions on the process of development and formation of the child's personality in the context of meeting its social needs. The author recommends activating qualitatively new socially significant mechanisms of influence on the child's socialization process, as well as introducing innovative models of high-quality formative and developing technologies in the process of raising a modern child. ; Формування й розвиток особистості сучасної дитини зумовлений низкою соціально зумовлених впливів середовища. Соціально-виховними умовами у цьому контексті виступають як позитивні, так і негативно спрямовані соціальні чинники соціалізації дитини у сучасному світі. Глобалізаційні зміни у соціальному, економічному, екологічному та політичному вимірах суспільства слугують тією платформою, на якій вибудовуються якісно і кількісно нові цінності, орієнтири, ставлення до світу, до самого себе, до життя взагалі. Вимоги та виклики сучасного світу нерідко суперечать соціальним і психологічним можливостям особистості дитини, ускладнюють, а, подекуди, й унеможливлюють гармонійний розвиток і соціалізацію дитини. Не заперечуючи зроблених сучасною наукою висновків щодо процесу соціалізації та задоволення соціальних потреб дитини, вважаємо за доцільне детальніше обґрунтувати деякі аспекти розвитку та соціалізації дитини у контексті задоволення її соціальних потреб. У статті автор пропонує до розгляду результати спостереження взаємодії соціально-виховних впливів інститутів соціалізації на процес розвитку й становлення особистості дитини у контексті задоволення її соціальних потреб.
