ANALYSIS OF PRECONDITIONS ON FORMATION OF MENTAL ENVIRONMENT IN SECURITY PROJECTS ; АНАЛІЗ ПЕРЕДУМОВ ФОРМУВАННЯ МЕНТАЛЬНОГО ПРОСТОРУ ПРОЄКТІВ БЕЗПЕКИ

Abstract

A project approach is used to solve security issues. Realization of security projects is efficient in case of plenty stakeholders participating. Stakeholders may represent representatives of government, business and society. Formation of common values focused on security for all stakeholder groups will provide an efficient implementation of security projects. It demands to create an appropriate mental environment. Acquisition of necessary knowledge, skills and abilities takes place in the process of learning and professional activity. And as early as possible the mental environment is formed, then a readiness of stakeholders on implementation of security projects will be higher. With this aim there was conducted a survey among students to determine their understanding of security issues importance and their willingness to participate in security projects. Most respondents have considered that pursuit of higher education in appropriate major and development of career are highly important issues as well as students endeavor to increase own education level. Respondents have understanding the importance of security issue and they are ready to increase its level. When asked about the importance of different types of security, everyone has chosen the safety of life. Respondents have also demonstrated an understanding of financial and information security importance. Students of last years training have focused their attention to occupational safety. Regarding an environmental safety, according to respondents, it always remains relevant. Conducted analysis allowed to conclude that there is a basis for mental environment formation in security projects. It contributes to rapid and efficient implementation of projects and achievement of targeted goal. Considering the above-mentioned there can be a conclusion that the basis of mental environment formation is a precondition for implementation of security projects. However, in order to successfully achieve certain results in security projects, it is necessary to create a favorable mental environment that will help to create the common security-focused values for all stakeholders. ; Для вирішення питань безпеки застосовують проєктний підхід. Реалізація проєктів безпеки ефективна за участі великої кількості стейкхолдерів. До складу зацікавлених сторін входять представники держави, бізнесу і громади. Формування спільних цінностей, які орієнтовані на безпеку, для усіх груп стейкхолдерів допоможе ефективно реалізовувати проєкти безпеки. Для цього необхідно створити відповідний ментальний простір. Здобуття необхідних знань, умінь і навичок відбувається в процесі навчання і професійної діяльності. І чим раніше сформувати ментальний простір, тим більш готовими стейкхолдери будуть до реалізації проєктів безпеки. З цією метою було вирішено провести опитування студентів і визначити розуміння ними важливості питань безпеки та їх готовність до участі в проєктах безпеки. Більшість опитаних вважає важливим здобуття вищої освіти за спеціальністю та кар'єрний розвиток, водночас прагнуть підвищувати рівень своєї освіти. Респонденти розуміють важливість питання безпеки і готові підвищувати її рівень. Відповідаючи на питання про важливість різних видів безпеки, всі обирають безпеку життя. Респонденти також розуміють важливість фінансової та інформаційної безпеки. Студенти старших курсів звертають багато уваги на безпеку праці. Щодо екологічної безпеки, то на думку опитаних вона залишається актуальною завжди. Проведений аналіз дає змогу зробити висновок, що є підґрунтя для формування ментального простору проєктів безпеки. Він сприятиме швидкій та ефективній реалізації проєктів та досягненню поставленої мети. Враховуючи вищевикладене, можна зробити висновок, що є підґрунтя для формування ментального простору як передумови реалізації проєктів безпеки. Однак для успішного досягнення визначених результатів проєктів безпеки необхідно створити сприятливе ментальне середовище, яке допоможе формуванню у всіх стейкхолдерів спільних безпекоорієнтованих цінностей.
